Diffractive Deep-Inelastic Scattering
Diffractive deep inelastic events with a large rapidity gap are analyzed by
using a Regge model for the pomeron flux and a gluonic content for the pomeron.
Contrary to the expectations, the simplest assumption for the pomeron
trajectory gives the best agreement with the data on the ratio of diffractive
to the total number of events. In this case the main properties of the model
are described by an analytic expression.Comment: 18 pages (postcript file
QED and Electroweak Corrections to Deep Inelastic Scattering
We describe the state of the art in the field of radiative corrections for
deep inelastic scattering. Different methods of calculation of radiative
corrections are reviewed. Some new results for QED radiative corrections for
polarized deep inelastic scattering at HERA are presented. A comparison of
results obtained by the codes POLRAD and HECTOR is given for the kinematic
regime of the HERMES experiment. Recent results on radiative corrections to
deep inelastic scattering with tagged photons are briefly discussed.Comment: 22 pages Latex, including 6 eps-figures; to appear in the Proceedings
of the 3rd International Symposium on Radiative Corrections, Cracow, August

The QCD Analysis of the Structure Functions and Effective Nucleon Mass
On the basis of the target mass corrections to structure functions of
deep-inelastic scattering of leptons, we evaluate effective nucleon mass that
turns out to be twice for deep-inelastic scattering on the nucleus
target and equals for the hydrogen target.Comment: LATEX, 6 pages, no figure
Study of Meson Production in Diffractive Scattering at HERA
production in the diffractive interactions was measured with the
ZEUS detector at HERA using integrated luminosities of 44 pb in deep
inelastic scattering and 38 pb in photoproduction processes.
Diffractive interactions were identified by a large gap in the rapidity
distribution of final states. mesons were reconstructed from the
decay with {} (+c.c.). Integrated and
differential cross sections were compared to theoretical expectations.Comment: LaTeX2e, 2 pages, 8 Postscript figures. Talk given at the 9th

Extraction of polarized parton densities from polarized DIS and SIDIS
We present results on the quark and gluon polarization in the nucleon
obtained in a combined next to leading order analysis to the available
inclusive and semi-inclusive polarized deep inelastic scattering data.Comment: Talk given at XIII International Workshop on Deep Inelastic
